Bruno P. "BP" Allaire is a dynamic Entrepreneurial Executive Leader and Seasoned Business Operator. Mr Allaire is Currently the acting CEO of Defiant International Inc. Largely because he is particularly skilled at effectively communicating and engaging with all staff and management levels, from frontline personnel to management teams and ownership groups. Bruno is a proven corporate leader with a strong history of developing top talent and building dynamic, overachieving department managers who consistently meet and exceed corporate objectives and key target metrics. With over 28 years of domestic and international experience in a wide range of roles spanning sales, marketing, finance, strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and operations management within oil and gas exploration and production, wine and spirits import and distribution, distillation, restaurants, food, beverage, and digital music. Bruno previously was the Chief Executive Officer, Director. Interim Chief Financial Officer with Foothills Exploration, Inc. As Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Interim Chief Financial Officer, he held a wide range of leadership roles within this publicly traded, growth stage oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus and expertise in the acquisition and development of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the US Rockies. Before joining Foothills Exploration Inc, Bruno was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer with Veritas Energy Management, LLC. During his time with Veritas Energy Management LLC, he presided overall day-to-day operations, including managing relationships with operators, oilfield service contractors, landmen, geologists, petroleum engineers, and legal & accounting firms. Along with his executive career, Bruno serves on the Advisory Board for Annapurna Mead Co, Equus Strategy, and Jivati. Bruno graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Mr. Behgooy has over 15 years of experience in sales, analysis, business training, underwriting, and strategic business development. Currently, he serves as CFO of Defiant International INC. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration and earned an MBA from Amberton University in 2019. After UTD, Mr. Behgooy initiated his career in the insurance industry as an associate agent for Farmers Insurance where he obtained his life & health and property & casualty licenses. In 2005, Mr. Behgooy progressed into the role of mortgage loan officer maintaining functions such as analyzing credit, financial statements, and property evaluations, establishing loan repayment ability, and producing lending analysis and department reports. Mr. Behgooy advanced in 2006 as an administrative assistant for Silver Homes, LLC by taking on responsibilities such as providing detailed forecasts, payment history, and cost of money analysis on newly acquired land. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Behgooy was employed with Bank of America in several positions including mortgage loan closer, workflow coordinator and business support lead. In 2014, Mr. Behgooy transitioned to work for AmeriHome Mortgage as a capital markets analyst where he managed mortgage-backed security commitments. Mr. Behgooy moved to a position as a mortgage underwriter in 2018 for Genesis Capital, a former subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, and in 2020, continued contract underwriting for Civic Financial Services. 

Mr. Vargas has 24 years’ experience in sales & marketing, business training, and strategic business development. His industry knowledge & experience spans across several industries, including oil & natural gas, debt collection & consolidation, and music & entertainment. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Vargas has held a number of executive, management, sales, and marketing roles with various companies engaged in oil & gas exploration & development both domestically and internationally. To date, Mr. Vargas has successfully raised, millions of dollars for projects engaged in oil & natural gas, entertainment, real estate and service industries. Mr. Vargas began his career in the debt collection and consolidation industry having founded, developed, managed and eventually selling the company, W. Y. & Associates. Prior to that, Mr. Vargas formed J.E.D. Energy, a joint venture with some capital partners to gain further experience in drilling, lease acquisitions, operating, fracturing (“fracking”) and geological & geophysical work. Mr. Vargas was the architect and concept founder of Numen companies LLLP Holding Company. Assets of which they held interest in were AG LLC., VEM Operating LLC., TDI PETRO LLC., and Texas Petro Services inc. (Numen Energy), NuJam LLC, Texas Jam LLC., Numen Live LLC., Numen School LLC., Adakain LLC., and Big Story LLC., (Numen Entertainment), and Alpha Credit Counseling LLC., and Phoenix Worldwide Recovery inc. (Numen Resource Group). Mr. Vargas studied Business Management and Broadcasting at Collin College in Frisco, Texas and continued his business management studies at Western International University in Phoenix, Arizona. He was a regional semi-professional bowling athlete during college. He has composed music for various independent films, TV shows, albums, and commercials and has written music and marketing copy for various artist. He has three children and currently resides in Los Angeles California and Dallas Texas.

Amin Emam is an award-winning producer, songwriter and composer with over 25 years’ experience in entertainment industry. Amin has served as a music producer, composer, music supervisor since 1994, at Los Angeles-based Perfect Timing Media. He also performed similar functions for Media World Television in Dallas Texas, and currently is the President of 12 Elements Inc. since 2007 a media and consulting company.
Amin has produced number of artist and composed over 200 songs and scored number of films and television commercials. Television networks that Amin worked with are CBS, FOX, FOX Sports, Discovery Channel, U.S.A. Network, Versus Network, Time Warner Cable, and HBO. As wells executive produced feature film. As the entertainment business has changed over the years because of new technology, Amin has been involved with number of companies to create new creative ways of revenue for new media, as well as helped to develop new technology in entertainment space.
Amin also collaborates and has relationships with numerous Artists, Producers, Songwriters, Record Labels, Publishers, and Executives in the music and film industry. Mr Haber a native to Houston for over 30 years, has centered his career on valuations, restructurings, turnarounds and M&A in the oil & gas industry.

Since 2015, leads the Oil and Gas Restructuring practice at Getzler Henrich & Associates, one of the nation's oldest and most respected names in middle market corporate turnaround and restructuring. In this role, completed multiple energy-related restructuring projects. 

In addition, to working with O&G operators as well as financial institutions in this space, Is an active investor in the industry. Recently, founded and was the President of Haber Resources Corp. ("HRC"), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, where he was responsible for operations, the review of all drilling prospects for investment criteria suitable to the Company, and acted as liaison to industry groups participating with the company.

During that period the Company drilled and operated more than 150 wells, primarily in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, including more than 25 new field discoveries. Most notably, HRC drilled the 1st discovery well in the deep Granite Wash area of the Deep Anadarko basin (Wheeler County, TX). This discovery is considered one the largest new discoveries onshore in the last 25 years in the US. Plains Exploration and Production (NYSE: PXP) exited the Anadarko basin selling all of its properties to LINN Energy (NASDAQ: LINE) for $600MM in 2011. The package sold by PXP included management team's original 20 deep Granite Wash discovery sections.

In 1994 he started a seismic company, Geokinetics Inc., and built it into the second largest onshore seismic company in the world. The company had $596 million revenues in 2012. Prior to his career in oil & gas, he was a Vice President/ Investment Banking and Associate General Counsel of duPont Glore Forgan, Inc. (second largest investment firm in the world at the time) and a partner in a New York law firm with a specialty in investment banking. Before that served as an attorney for the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Haber graduated from the State Univeristy of New York College of Buffalo with his Doctor of Law. 

Art Seligman has dedicated his career, which spans 4 decades, to the Capital Markets sector. His background & His Experience – Being a native of New Jersey he stayed close to home for his undergraduate degree attending Montclair University in Bergen County N.J. where he graduated summa cum laude. Art continued his education attending Rutgers graduate business program which was a fortuitous decision given this led to him being recruited by a prestigious boutique investment bank, Willard Securities, out of NYC. Art joined Petroleum Development Corporation (“PDCE”) as an officer. Once the engine was started Art orchestrated a symbolic connectivity with the weath management sector which led to PDCE’s enormous success which resulted in the stocks parabolic growth. Ar developed a syndication group consisting of 202 partners encompassing 30,000 reps. Worked with and helped develop tax planning for the majority of the top financial planning broker-dealers. Played a key role developing the strategy for and launch of Ron Carson’s next level seminars, launched to reach elite brokers across the country, in a series of quarterly seminars.

Art has been married to Suzie since 1975 and has two boys, David and Brian.

Mr. M. G. Khan, has been a Director of Texlark Exploration Co., Inc. since its acquisition in 1999. Mr. Khan earned his Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has supervised various phases of operations in over 700 wells since entering the oil business in 1980. Mr. Khan also founded, and has been a principal, officer and director of, Ampak Oil Company since its inception in 1988. Mr. Khan has been an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers of AIME since 1978.

Mr. odell is a major oil company executive. Upon retirement from CONOCO, Mr. O'Dell formed Carlton Energy Group, LLC. and the Carlton Energy Group of Companies to pursue energy sector investments worldwide. Mr. O'Dell is Chairman and Managing Director of Carlton Energy Group, LLC. and Carlton Venture Partners, LLC., a merchant banking enterprise specializing in high tech and energy-related investments

 Mr Garner was Born and raised within Native American communities of eastern Oklahoma, Wayne Garner has maintained a deep connection with this land, his people and their struggle. The cultural tapestry of his youth shapes his sense of self. His college career started at Haskell Indian Nations for a degree in Native American Studies.  After a year and half of studies transferred to the University of Oklahoma. As a College athlete he was on the Historic Oklahoma Sooners Football team. While also attending school for his Bachelors degree in Sport Health and Sports Science. This and his native roots and influences can be heard in his music he created. In addition in 2019 he received a casting call along with a final callback for Martin Scorcese's "Killers of the Flower Moon". Since then he has been cast in 4 film projects starting in 2020. With immense talent and resources, he has joined Defiant Energy as the Vice President of Native American Development and Investments. 

Mr Wise is a 7 year veteran of the oil and gas marketing industry. Mr. Wise is a consummate professional. From his beginnings in retail sales and management to the creation of his own entertainment company as a performer, audio engineer, and stage manager, he has always striven to present the best product or performance he could to the best of his abilities. He has successfully helped negotiate several deals in East, West, and South Texas. His work in the energy space, has lead to the creation and launch of a multi-million dollar oil and gas fund, and has been instrumental in the creation of development plans for lease acquisitions, drilling programs, and pipeline development. He is responsible for helping develop campaigns. that r

 Ms Green is an experienced office and client manager. she has worked in the oil and natural gas industry for over 6 years. starting out in oil research and development for Austin based company. over the last few years has served several Dallas based oil companies. doing office and client management with focus on client relationships and how they interact with the company. she went to Austin College in Austin Texas. she currently resides in Dallas Texas with her daughter. 

Christian Chavarria brings over 30 years of experience as a musician, and Artist Development. His experience in music and performance was birthed growing up in a Latin community, and then infiltrating into Jazz and Classical. In college, Christian focused on Jazz Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington through vocal performance, and was recognized as the nation’s top jazz vocalist at the North Texas Jazz Festival, in 2005. The value he brings through Artist Development is a hybrid craft that includes the artist’s holistic development, and his/her understanding of music (vocal coaching, music theory, music production & songwriting, performance coaching, etc.). He also sculpts the artist in business, helping them to understand the music industry, and its business basics (branding, social media, split sheets, production contracts, registering songs properly for publishing opportunities, music distribution, etc.). Christian was formerly the Director of the Master Artists Program at The Septien Entertainment Group (The group that trained artists like Jessica Simpson, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez among other stars), from 2009 to 2013. There, he oversaw the development of approximately 20-25 artists at a time. This included the supervision of branding, social media, websites, artistic growth and development, marking & hitting deadlines for song & album releases, booking photographers, creating onesheets & EPKs, overseeing every artist’s music production, studio time, and song quality. He booked shows and coordinated the scheduling of artists for each live event.  He was also part of the team that launched the first show of the largest global music kids brand, KIDZ BOP, as their live show music producer.  He worked closely with the NYC based brand and their producers, the assigned choreographers to design the show, and recorded the KB kids in the studio for their live performances. Christian continues to do periodic vocal coaching with the KIDZ BOP brand on their ever expanding tours to date. KIDZ BOP is noted for having sold over 20 million albums and generated over 3 billion streams, since the family-friendly music brand debuted in 2001. EBITDA between $2M-$15M. In 2023, Casey led the acquisition of 160 EE Metal plating company in Houston Texas, which was his second acquisition. Casey co-founded EnergyFunders- a crowdfunding platform combining online oil and gas investing, cutting-edge technology, and securities law standards to provide everyday investors access to energy investments. He led the company from its Seed investment round to its exit in 2020.
Casey holds a degree in accounting from Texas State University, in addition to his skills in leadership, strategic planning, and program management, to name a few.
